No. The only extension available is for the current year, and not for long.

You'll need to file your 2016 return as soon as possible to avoid late filing fees and possibly late payment penalties.

To file your 2016 return, purchase the 2016 edition of TurboTax Desktop (CD/Download) using the webpage linked below.
