Are u still able to collect a refund for 2021 back taxes from a w2 only no home, no marriage, no charity deductions no med expenses. Also is their a way to not pay for 2021 software from turbo tax as its expense for simple filing. Paper forms online for fed and state of oregon. How much time do I have to get these in?

You can go to the IRS website and download the paper copies of the federal forms and do the same for the Oregon forms.  For 2021 to claim a refund you have 3 years from the date it was due, so you have until next April of 2025.

A 2021tax return with a tax refund has to be filed on or before April 15, 2025 to receive the refund.
