My 2023 Premier and Deluxe versions

Hello,

I initially assumed it covered the full payment, only to discover it was solely for federal tax. I haven't settled the remaining amount for the Premier version. My preference is to use the Deluxe version, but unfortunately, the Premier version doesn't provide me with that option. How can I remove the Premier version from my account? Your assistance is appreciated.

    I didn't follow that.  Are you using the Online version?  In Online it is now called Premium not Premier.  The Desktop still has Premier.  

     

    For Online you can try to downgrade but you have to clear and start over

    I purchased Deluxe, federal, and state tax software from Sam’s Club. After completing my federal taxes, the software suggested upgrading to Premier online to potentially increase my return. I made the purchase, unaware it only covered the federal portion. When I used Premier (TurboTax Desktop Premier) for federal taxes, it didn't include the state, resulting in an extra fee. I decided to use my Deluxe CD instead. However, when attempting to install it (after uninstalling Premier), a window appeared prompting me to update TurboTax 2023, but there was not visible button no. Clicking on the update TurboTax 2023 option caused Deluxe to close on my laptop screen. Furthermore, clicking on TurboTax 2023, which I had installed previously, now redirects me to TurboTax Desktop Premier. How can I still access my Deluxe software? Thank you for your
