Hi, I moved to Texas last year and was wondering if I need to file taxes in two states - since there’s not income tax in Tx?

Since Texas does not collect an income tax on individuals, you are not required to file a TX State Income Tax Return. However, you may need to prepare and efile a Federal Income Tax Return

If you lived in a different state for part of 2022 then you may need to file a part-year return for that state.   You have nothing to file for Texas since there is no state income tax in TX.  And of course you have to enter all of your income from wherever you lived or worked on your federal tax return.
