No. There is a limit to how much you can withdraw at one time at a bank. Refer to link below for more information about the TurboTax Prepaid Visa Card.

  • Teller cash withdrawal
    • Use your personalized card at a bank teller to withdraw cash.
    • Maximum of $3,000 per day. Up to a $2.50 fee per teller transaction.

But is using the ATM the same as a Teller Cash Withdrawal? The app just tells me where the ATMS are. Is it unlimited withdrawal from ATMs?

@Celestyesty

No, withdrawal from a teller and ATM are not the same thing.

Please see the card FAQ's for more information.

There is no limit to the number of withdrawals, however there are limits on the amounts of withdrawals.

My card says i have reached my limit for atm withdrawals but with the covid virus going on I cannot go into a banking establiment and I need my money. I need to know how to get this limit waived because of the situation with the virus going on it should not be such a problem to get this done

Usbank is doing them for free for account holders.

Update: nevermind they will do it but the card declines every time...can only attempt once per day with usbank....but it doesn't matter bc I have attempted 2 days in a row both declined.....😠 I hate this card.  Says 3000 per day atm/ but there again it's actually 3000 per month whether its an atm, teller withdraw or person to person...and I am assuming the teller withdraws falls into the atm category or is also counted as an atm transaction even though its not...im pissed, i hate this card...it declines everything😝

I did.  The card still is declining on everything even when i give it 24 hours and come back later.  I just want y'all to send me a check for the balance please I am sick of not having access to my money because yall chose green dot to partner with....not a good union.  Yall should try getting a contract with netspend for your prepaid paycards js.  And i want y'all to cut a check for the balance definately.  I hate this card, i cant do ANYTHING with it

you can go to any bank and simply say I need to do a cash advance from my TurboTax prepaid card and they will tell you their Kim each bank has their own limits. I went to one suntrust and they me their max limit was $500 but when I went to another suntrust they told me their limit was $1000 so you should call them ahead of time to ask what their maximum cash advance withdrawal from a prepaid card is because then you won’t have to do so many withdrawals. Some banks will only let you do it one time and another branch might let you do it 3 times a day so it really depends. I hope this helped someone
