Reactivating my Account

Hi,

I cannot login into my account because I've changed my mobile phone. I tried to verify myself putting the information they ask (address,name,etc) but the system always says me they are not correct. What can I do?

    You will need to contact Phone Support to reactivate an account. You can contact an agent at (800) 446-8848. You may also be asked to confirm your identity.
