Does the IRS update the WMR tool on the weekends? I am hoping someone with definite knowledge of this answers please.

Once per day, usually at night. There’s no need to check more often.

Yeah, I saw that but it doesn't specify whether or not it updates on the weekends. Most businesses are closed on the weekends.
