I mistakenly ordered a deluxe package I would like to have that charge removed from my bank of America account 

the order number is ttwcb173483818 this was a mistake on my part

You will have to contact customer support.  Use the word "billing"  -- not "refund"

I received a refund on my card from Bestbuy.com and cause they sent it a few times and my account stayed the same they blocked my account and my card. I keep sending emails to [email address removed] but I keep getting a wrong email address notification.
