Should I file income tax with zero income?

I moved from New York to North Carolina in 2024 and did not work, therefore no income .

    If you do not have income, then you aren't required to file a tax return.

    If you have had no income at all then you do not have anything to enter on a tax return, and nothing to gain from doing so.
