Where can I find the download section?

I want to install turbotax on a second computer. When I log on, I do not get a screen with the option to download. Instead, I get the screen as if I never bought the program. How can I get the correct screen to download the program?

How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?

For TurboTax CD/Download purchases, once you’ve received an order confirmation for your purchase, follow these instructions to download your TurboTax software:

Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it
