If you no longer have access to your email address and can't sign in to your TurboTax account, fill out our Account Recovery Request Submission Form.

Once you are back in the account, here's how to change your email in TurboTax:

Sign in to your Turbotax account.
Select Intuit account.
Select Sign in & security.
Select Email address.
Enter your new email address, confirm it and select Save.

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post. **Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
