Question

How do I find my 'messages" in my TurboTax account. My expert sent me a message and I can't find it.

I am in my TurboTax account and there is nothing that says 'messages'

Look in the top right hand corner for notifications.

TT and Community are two different accounts. I missed it at first, but near the top of the screen are separate logins for TT and Community. Log into Community and you will see a message icon at the top right of your browser windoe. TT credentials work on Community for me.
