Cannot Download Windows TurboTax Premier Software from Intuit/TT website

I cannot Download Windows TurboTax Premier Software from Intuit/TT website. I see my product on the page, with a WINDOWS blue button for its download (no MAC button). When I click on the windows blue rectangle, nothing happens.. no download. I have the activation key (there on the screen).

Next I try entering the activation key to try to download it that way. Both windows and mac radio buttons are there but the windows button is greyed out and not active. I can click on the MAC button but not the windows button.

I am at a loss.

Again… I’ve done everything I could find on this matter.. even reloaded it from a backup link. Now I still can’t load NC state sw without that “hmmm… it looks like.. try again soon” error. Reloaded vc++ 2015, looked to see if dll was missing… I’ve done it all. So the “hmm” error moved from “pay by credit card” to failed NC state load error.

I do NOT see the NC state sw download avail on the intuit page. I see all my prior years sw but not 2023. The Fed sw I purchased included 1 state sw package yet it is NOT listed on the intuit my products page.
