IDNotify how do I log in?

I am worried that my security has been breached. I changed my password but the screen that came up is blank and refuses to load. What is happening? Is there a problem at TurboTax?

Below, when I try to add tags .. ID Notify .. it won't accept. All this is very worrisome.

IDnotify is not part of TurboTax.

Log in to IDnotify on their website - https://www.idnotify.com/

Idnotify does not work. I opened support ticket with them directly in October. 

They keep emailing alerts with links that don't work.

 

 I cannot login to check these "Internet Surveillance" alerts they email me about to this day.

 I contacted TurboTax to intercede as this is their service provider. They opened a ticket with IDnotify.

Still cannot get into  IDnotify site and my account on TurboTax and Idnotify is authenticated. Quite frankly this was a waste of money and I will NOT be paying for MAX again.

Why isn't possible to have a simple URL to login to IDnotify?

I may not have old emails with embedded, long, impossible links.

I have the same issue. I have contacted TurboTax multiple times and they can't provide a simple straightforward solution to the simple question. How can I login to IDNotify, benefit obtained from MAX BENEFITS. I opened a ticket and no one got back to me.

I'm having a ton of issues with logging in as well. The monthly email I receive from IDnotify had a link that let me login once. I then logged out and was never able to log back in. Additionally, whenever I try to reset my password, I never actually receive an email to do so.

 

This MAX Benefits seems like a scam. I've purchased it the last two or three years and now that I'm finally trying to use it, it simply does not work. I've loved Intuit's products (Turbo Tax and Mint) but this gives them a bad reputation and they should disassociate with IDnotify (Experion) if they cannot help to support this after offering it with Turbo Tax.

@DoninGA I have contacted IDnotify various times and they always say there is nothing they can do, that I should contact TurboTax directly. I opened a ticket with TurboTax that got closed with no resolution. If you the comments on other threads related to this issue you will see that other people have had the same experience with IDnotify. Are you a member of TurboTax team ? Please help us!

I've max benefits from TurboTax but still haven't received an email from IDNotify to sign in to my account as it's stated here. https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/account-management/help/how-do-i-log-into-idnotify/00/26907

Can you please guide me how should I proceed?

You should receive the following emails from IDNotify:


Welcome Email

Identity Monitoring Alert

Monthly Summary Email

 

You may want to check your spam folder also.

I haven't received any emails (including SPAM folder) for the past 6 days after submitting my tax. 

And TurboTax should be helping with this like other companies do. This is the first time I'm using TurboTax and will be the last time. After paying a lot to max benefits and everything this is not the support that I want or see from other companies.

Every month I have the same durn issues.  Impossible to log-in to IDNotify using the emailed link.  Keep receiving error messages when inputting my log-in IDs.  Have used multiple browsers to see if that would help.  Doesn't.  It would be more user friendly to log-in to TurboTax and then have a link that takes you to IDNotify (without having to log in again.)  It's a pain point, so I hope it's fixed soon...but seeing complaints going back to 2020, I'm not hopeful.

I am having the same issue- Clicking "Sign In" on the IdNotify simply takes me to turbo tax and sends me down the path of doing personal or buisness taxes. I tried logging into Intuit first and then clicking the link in the email and it just takes me to the same place.  tried 2 different browsers. I searched around Intuit and Turbotax but couldn't find any mention of IDNotify or a place to log in. Went to IDNotify and tried my Intuit credentials but that didn't work. Tried doing password recovery at IDNotify but apparently my e-mail isn't in their system as i didn't get a password reset e-mail. The only thing that i could find on google was several refrences to this link https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/sign-idnotify/L33FBujy5_US_en_US . But when i go to Tax Home and scroll to the bottom, click see full list of my benifits; there is not "Tax Identity" section and no dashboard link. There is only a "having issues or concerns with identity theft" section that has a phone number: [phone number removed]. Still no way to log into IDNotify. I am guessing that it is some kind of scam and that the alerts are fake. Each monthly e-mail has the same link going back 4 years and the links have never worked.
