I already paid for Turbotax this month. The website is asking me to pay again. How can I fix this?

This happened when I tried to print my tax return.

I'm not sure. I'm not trying to file either federal or state right now. All I'm trying to do is print, and it is asking me for my credit card

TurboTax doesn't let you print your return until after the program has been completely paid for. Otherwise folks would just print and mail and never pay.

Go through the links above and make sure that TurboTax isn't trying to charge you for something that you don't want but if you owe any money the program will not let you print.
