How do I retroactively apply a discount code to my turbo tax order that I didn’t have a place to apply during order

You cannot apply a discount code if you're already paid for TurboTax. You can call support and ask for a refund equal to the discount amount. It would be helpful if you had your order number when you call. That will be on the emailed receipt from TurboTax.

This information is BOGUS!!!!. I have filled my taxes with Turbotax for the past nine years. I already filed when I received a discount code in the mail, with my name and account info. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE CREDIT AS IS STATED HERE.
