NOW, they want to charge an extra $188 for filing. This is new.

Yes, QuickBooks Self-Employed does include TurboTax, you can efile one federal and one state return. If you have the bundle but are being charged, first make sure that you are using the same login information and contact TurboTax regarding this charge.

Yes, I called Turbo Tax four times until someone was informed of the issue at hand.

Apparently there is a glitch in the recent update of QBSE. I have used this program for over 10 years but now you must pay for the filing and they will reimburse you with a check for $188 in approximately 5 weeks. Also, the code that was once provided, no longer works with the recent update.
