How do I request a Turbotax online product refund?

I purchased the online Turbotax product and the followiing day purchased the Windows Desktop product. I have not sent my taxes in with either product, yet. I want to keep the Desktop product and would like to have a refund on the online product. How do I request the request? Carl

P.S. - check the details in that link but if you already paid for online, it's likely not refundable

Thanks. I finally got thru to a real person on their Intuit phone line. She was excellent to work with. She walked me thru the online refund that they have, but it was unsuccessful (Windows 11) after multiple attempts with her and support staff. Tried a second computer (chromebook) and my ipad and both were also unsuccessful. She finally used backend process on her end to get me a refund. Don't know what the problem was. Hopefully they fix it so others don't suffer the same way. Again, she was excellent to work with.
