Why is Credit Karma saying it can’t verify my identity? Its saying myvtax info and their info isn’t the same but it is. How do I fix this?

I’m using my phone and once I take a picture of the front and back of my license (which I had to do like 100 times because it ket saying it couldn’t read it), once it uploads it says it can’t verify my identity and that the same person on the ID has to be the same person filing the taxes. I am the same person!
