    Ok, first you will need to click on this link https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ to go to our Contact us page.

    Select your product (CD/Download Mac or CD/Download Windows), your edition (Basic, Deluxe, etc.), ask your question, then select Continue.

    On the following screen, enter your contact info, then select Get the phone number.

    The above is the best and most efficient way for you to connect with the right person so that you can get the help you need. But if you still require assistance, you can contact us at (800) 446-8848.

    this was not helpful.  i need to speak to someone. the irs does not have my 20187 return and i cant recover my account info.    It was filed with you but they dont have it.  i cant get thru on the phone im about to throw the phone out the window. get me to a person

    I'm trying to get ahold of a real live person to answer my question. 

    Where is my refund, it was not put into my Savings Account I am very upset!!!! When I call to find out it says it was put in my account on Feb. 24, 2020, which it was not. Now I'm being told that Turbo Tax has my REFUND I want it now.

    TurboTax does not receive tax refunds of any kind, federal or state.

     

    If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

    If you recently submitted your tax return and not able to track it with the IRS, it could be that the IRS has not begun processing your return so you information is not in the computer yet. Give it a few more days and try again.

     

    If you still are having issues and cannot track the information you should give the IRS a call and see what they suggest or are showing in their system.

    I talk to someone at my job about the $2600.00 refund and to send me a new w2 and I was told that there was no mistake and you guys had it wrong. However, I really need to file my taxes and if I have a refund check coming back to me that would be good. Can someone please help resolve this matter?

    What do you think is wrong?

    Why do you think you need a new W-2?

    There was a couple of errors on my taxes but my Social Security and other issues wish they stated that I made over 75 this year wish I made 40 this year someone was helping me with the taxes when I was on TurboTax did I hit the wrong buttons now I'm stuck trying to fix these taxes from the IRS can you help me thank you

    I filled last year with TurboTax with a different email and phone # and I do remember any of that info so I opened up a new account I'm filling but I can't find my AGI and it's will not give it to me over the phone you guys should have this what do I do

    Go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts.  It will have the AGI - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

    • All the information about calling turbo tax to talk to a real person is fake. I have one question and I find it ridiculous that I have to pay $30 to upgrade my account . All that to speak to a real person for one question.

    @Rentes02 Along with what VolvoGirl posted above, TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

    1. Click on this link: Contact Us
    2. Select your TurboTax platform.  
    3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
    4. Click Submit.
    5. On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions.  You will be given the approximate wait time.  

    You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.
