Here's how to cancel your TurboTax subscription and refund requests based on your situation:

If You Have Not Purchased and Are Only Using TurboTax Online:

There's no need to cancel if you haven't paid for TurboTax Online. You can simply stop using the service.

If You Have Purchased TurboTax Desktop:

You can request a refund by filling out the TurboTax Refund Request Form here

If You Have a Subscription to TurboTax Advantage:

To cancel your TurboTax Advantage subscription:

Sign in to your Intuit Account.
Select Cancel Membership.

If you missed the cancelation deadline for this year's TurboTax product:

Wait until you receive your download.
Submit an online refund request within 60 days of receiving your product.
