I purchase stock with my check thru walmart and on the 1099-b it states ASPP which i think is the same as ESPP but i do not have a 3922 form to enter in info.

If you do not have the Form 3922, you need to get a copy. You can usually get it online from the Walmart benefits website or ask your local human resources. Without it you will not calculate your taxes correctly.
