Under Deductions & Credits, scroll down to the Education topic and choose Add/Edit.

If you have already entered a 1098-T, you'll see 'Your Education Expenses Summary'.

Choose 'Add A Student' if the second 1098-T is for another student; choose 'Edit' if it's for the same student.
