problem with deluxe 2021 -

i need to enter a new w2 but screen is blank when I click to update that section.

    Please restart TurboTax Deluxe and try to add a W-2 using the instructions below: 

    1. Open your return
    2. Select Search, search for w-2 and select the Jump to link
      • On Mac: Select the Federal Taxes tab, then select Wages & Income
    3. On the Let's get your W-2 info screen, select Work on my W-2 and Continue
      • If you've already added a W-2, select Add another W-2
    4. Enter the 9-digit Employer ID Number from your W-2, and select Continue
      • If your employer is a TurboTax partner, we'll say Great News! We Can Enter Your W-2 for You and lead you through the steps to import your W-2

    Thank you for the reply - I did as you instructed, but the screen is blank - nothing show up so I can center any info when I click on the jump link.

    Try this and see if this will correct the blank screen:  

     

    • Log completely out of Turbo Tax. 
    • Then, clear your cache and cookies within your browser and completely close out of it.  I have included the Help Articles below if you need assistance with clearing cache or cookies. 
    • Re-open the browser and log back into Turbo Tax and see if this fixes the situation.  You can also try a different browser as well or "incognito mode".
