What does amend mean is there someway I can talk to someone

I received filed an received a reject alert FW2-502. I realized my error but how to go back to fix it. Can not seem to go back to the page. Need to fix EIN #. How can I fix this and resubmitt by email.

You need to review all areas where you entered an EIN and correct the error. Unfortunately, I can't review your screen to help localize the issue. At this point you may wish to contact a specialist that can work through that section of the return with you. The specialists can look at your return on their screen to find out exactly what is causing this issue and suggest how you can take corrective action if needed
