Can I deduct the cost of sending a clothing donation to the Native Americans?  If yes, how to I deduct the cost, do I list it in the money side for that organization?

Maybe, Under Section 7871 of the Internal Revenue Code, contributions made to a tribal government are tax-deductible if made to an Indian tribal government that has been recognized as such by the IRS and the Interior Department.

    Federally recognized tribe

You can include the cost of sending the clothing in the cost of the donated clothing.  This will be posted to

    1. Deductions & Credits
    2. Charitable Donations

On Schedule A, and be subject to the Itemized Deduction guidelines.

I should have been more specific, the organization I donate to support the tribes and is organized under Section 501(C)(3) of the internal revenue code.  While I have the estimated value per pound for the clothing donated and use that to determine the thrift value of the items donated.  I do not know how to include the mailing costs.

I mail the clothing, via the post office.  I have kept those receipts.  I am trying to determine if I can use a separate money line to deduct the postage paid.

As @JohnB5677 said, you can include the cost of shipping with the cost of the donation.  You would not list the amount out separately.
