Why not higher

Please ask a complete question if you want some help.  "Why not higher" does not make any sense, and we do not know what you are asking about.  No one can see your screen or your tax return.

Why not higher

It was posted under "credit score" discussion topic, so I presume that is the subject, and awaiting someone familiar with that topic who can explain the factors affecting a credit score.

I think @ tagteam helps a bit in that discussion group, so maybe he'll help here but as you stated, will likely need more info.

I just usually tell those with inquiries such as (apparently) this one to review their credit reports (free from the site below) to ensure there are no inaccuracies.

Further, read information, available at sites like the one below, to understand what comprises a credit score and and tips on improving it.

note that even obtaining credit scores from the 3 rating agencies, may not show you how the score was computed and in fact to get credit score you may have to pay.  credit reports generally show  info like  credit history - open credit cards and debt amounts and certain add'l info like bankruptcies,  late payments
