Ever since I have started using a credit card I have basically had the same score the entire time. What are some ways and tips to raise my credit score?

I may have just shot myself in the foot with my credit score. I paid off 2 loans with a retirement account. I did this because I was furloughed and the job market hasn’t been favorable. My credit score dropped 100 points!!!

I have 2 accounts that are charged off(closed). Why are they affecting my score? I also have an account that I have paid off, and they’re holing that against me. Why?

What's the best way to challenge an old account (SallieMae) that is still affecting my credit? The account was closed and paid off over 10 years ago but it's still showing up.
