I keep getting emails telling me I need to update my credit card. I changed the expiration date from 10/2020 to 10/2025. But I continure to receive these messages and I continure to verify the year is correct. What's wrong?

What kind of cc are you using ?
My new Chase Credit card was not accepted after the prior card expired in 10/2020. It turned out that LOTS of Chase CC holders were having the same problem. It was a Chase problem, Chase finally recognized the issue, and Chase fixed the problem on November 11, 2020. It's possible the problem was tied to the new CVV number on the back of the new cards.
