Do you mean your W2? You should not have a W4. You give a W4 to your employer to tell him how much withholding to take out of your pay. Or are you looking for a tax return or your online account?
A W-4 is what you give to your employer to have taxes withheld from your wages. You can complete a new W-4 at any time. IRS website for a W-4 - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf
If you were actually asking about a W-2 Wage and Tax Statement -
TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099. It would have W-2 and Form 1099 worksheets that included the tax data from the forms that were entered. The worksheets would be included in the PDF of the tax return in the tax year the return was completed.
Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
