Debit card charged twice

When I attempted to file on my Mac 4/16 the program crashed. My card was debited for filing and an Oklahoma state form. I was unable to open the program on my Mac and downloaded the CD on my PC laptop. I filed today and my debit card was changed again . Please refund the charges for 4/16.
