If you experience an issue when entering your credit card, you can try saving your work and exiting the program to clear your cache and cookies.

In addition, make sure your credit card address is the same as the address that you entered for your tax return.
Here are some other things you can try:
- Close your error message window and then try to pay again.
- Check your Internet connection and make sure your internet connection is working or if you are using a wireless network, try connecting your computer directly via cable to your cable..
- Check your browser.
- Reset (to default) or lower your browser security settings.
- Allow cookies.
- Turn off any proxy settings.
- Make sure you don't have more than one browser open.
- Close any other browser and try to complete your request again.
