When I add the 1098T for my son's tuition Turbotax makes me the student even if I select add a student - it defaults to me. How can I indicate it should be for my son?

At the beginning of the Education Expenses section, when you indicate that you want to enter expenses, click on 'Add a Student', and Continue. 

The next screen asks 'if you got a 1098-T'.  Say YES and Continue. Choose 'type it in myself'. The next screen should list everyone on your return and ask you to choose who the 1098-T is for (screenshot).

It doesn’t populate a list of people to choose from.

In the personal info section, your son must qualify as a dependent to be on the pull down list for students, in the education section.
