The actual wording in Pub 970 is " Was free of any federal or
state felony conviction for possessing or distributing a controlled substance as of the end
of the tax year."

I have an easy start savings account and an Education account for my Grandson. I am co-owner of the account. do I have to report the interest on his account. He is 13.
