What can I do if the form will not move past interest paid. I did not pay interest to lender

If you did not pay interest on a student loan, you do enter anything about your loan on your tax return, or in TurboTax (TT).

If you are claiming a tuition credit, the IRS (and TT) doesn't need to know you paid with loans.

Otherwise, it's not clear where in the program you are and why are you asking the question.
