We pay tuition for my daughters pre k is that deductible?

No, that is not a tax deductible expense.

For federal tax purposes, education expenses (of any kind) for  pre-k or k-12 grades are not deductible. 

Some states allow such deduction, so please be sure to go through the state questions.

Then you cannot deduct the preK tuition.  Sorry.
