Turbotax disallows the education tax credit saying "no net eligible expenses". I should qualify for this credit and it appears there is an error in Turbo Tax. Need help

Make sure you have checked the TurboTax Education Optimizer box. If it is not, it will not calculate your educational expenses properly.
