TurboTax 2019 not showing 1098-T form

I am working on our taxes and Turbo Tax skips right over the place where one should enter the amount of tuition. Here are the steps given:

  • Do you have any higher education expenses in 2019? [[Answered with Yes]]
  • Tell us about your education plans--followed by two questions regarding the Coverdell Education Savings account and form 1099-Q. [[Both answered with No]]
  • Now lets gather T----'s Additional education Expenses -- includes books, supplies and lab equipment. [[Hit Continue button]]
  • Did T--- pay for Books or Materials to attend school? --This is followed by a place to enter costs of required and non-required purchases and INCLUDES the line Tuition and Enrollment Fees with a $0 dollar amount listed. When I click on the hyperlink associated with this line it says plainly "You entered this amount earlier".

I DID NOT ENTER IT EARLIER!!! THERE WAS NO PLACE TO DO SO!

THIS BUG NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!

From the books and supplies screen, continue through the subsequent screens until you get to "Your Education Expenses Summary." On that screen, click the Edit button for the student in question. On the next screen, click the Edit button for the college that the 1098-T is from. Two screens after that you will get to the 1098-T entry screen and you can enter the tuition. After you enter it, be sure to continue through the rest of the interview to the screen to maximize your education credit.

TurboTax is aware of the bug.

@pbedekar In the Education section, EDIT the Student at the Education Expenses Summary page (screenshot).

On the next page, EDIT the School at the 'Here's Your Education Summary' page (screenshot).

You will then be able to enter your 1098-T.
