Turbo Tax, I am not eligible for an education deduction. M/ Filing Joint >180,000 combined because withdrew $ pay tuition. What are my options to deduct the tuition?

Unfortunately, none on your end.  The 2017 tax law changes eliminated the tuition and fees deduction that higher income taxpayers could use to get something back on their taxes.  If you paid for a child who qualifies for the American Opportunity Credit, see page 20 of IRS publication 970 https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p970.pdf to see how the child might claim the credit instead and whether it is worth you not claiming that dependent.
