Its not accepting the zip code for the 1098-T for grand canyon university

Be sure the state is AZ, not AR.

How do I go and edit it?

Just go back to the screen where you originally entered the 1098-T.

Federal > Deductions and Credits > Education

THe problem is that it won't let me change it to AZ. The form was automatically created and it won't allow me to change the state.

The problem is that i did not enter the 1098 T is was originated by turbo,

Please delete the 1098-T and enter it manually with the correct sate. 

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.

Click “Tax Tools” on the left side-bar 

Click “Tools” from the drop-down

Click “Delete a Form” on the Tool Center screen

Click “Delete” Next to 1098-T

Return to the Education Section and enter the 1098-T

SOOOO..... I have been trying all of this for 4 days.  I can't enter the postal code for the University of Alberta, even though I have chosen a "foreign address" for the school.  It shows the postal code on the form but wants me to retype it again and won't accept it. I have gone to this school for the last 4 years, I have deleted and typed the 1098-T forms several times... ugh... 

Now I can't e-file??? Any answers.

To clarify-

Did you try leaving it blank?

If that doesn't work, try using your home mailing (US) zip code. 

The zip code won't matter to the IRS and if it gets you through the errors, it will be fine.
