Go through the entire education interview until you reach a scree titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click edit next to the student's name. That should take you to a screen “Here’s your Education Summary”. Click edit next to the section you want to change; tuition, in your case.

Here it is 13 July 2020, and I am having the same issue. The software will not let me enter the information on the 1098-T. It actually says I already entered it yet it never gave me the prompt to do so. I can't edit it either. It has a "zero" listed and will not let me edit and enter the information. I guess I'm going to have to ask for an extension unfortunately.
