If you are having problems making entries related to the 1098-T, you will need to delete entries already made for qualified education expenses are re-enter the 1098-T information. Follow these steps:

• From the menu on the left, choose Tax Tools
• Click on Tools
• Select Delete a Form
• Scroll through the forms and click Delete next to any 1098-T or 1098-T Wks

Now that you have deleted the previous entries, return to the Deductions & Credits section and enter the education expenses are requested on the screens.

If you have questions about a prior year deduction, review your prior year return and look for Form 8863 or the 1098-T Worksheets in the supplemental pages. You will be able to see what you deducted as tuition expenses.
