My wife and son are claiming AOTC. When I enter my son's info, I'm only getting 10% of the amount like it's calculating the Lifetime Credit. Why the difference? (His amount is $1415, but it's giving me AOTC $191.)

If there is only one student, then his education expenses can only be claimed on one tax return, usually the parents (or one of the parents, if they are not filing jointly).
