My school name and address is different from the name on my 1098-t so when it asks for school name do i put the name that is on the form or the actual school name?

Use the information reported on Form 1098-T when entering your form.

To enter your educational expenses into TurboTax 

1. Type "1098-t" into the TurboTax Search box
2. Select "Jump to 1098-t"
3. On the "Do you want to enter your higher educational expenses screen", press "Yes"
4. If you reach the "Your Education Expenses Summary" screen instead, select "Edit" or "Add another student"
5. Answer the remaining questions in this section. If you received a Form 1098-T, you will have the opportunity to enter the information from the form into your return.
