I initially filed my taxes in person with someone. IRS sent me a form saying I needed to fill out form 8962, however, I didn't receive the 1095-A form they were referring to. Additionally, when reading this letter, I realized that I forgot to use my 1098-T along with my W-2 and 1095-C when I initially filed my taxes. Should I just send a copy of all my tax return forms back to the IRS, jus the two I originally filed or just completely redo my taxes?

You cannot redo your taxes since they have already been filed. You need to follow the instructions on the letter the IRS sent you. For other changes you need to do, you would have to amend your return. The easiest way to do that is to go back to the person who originally filed your return.

I don't have the 1095-A that's required to fill out the forms the IRS is requesting and with the pandemic, I haven't been able to physically go back to the person who filed them for me.
