I need to enter info from a 1098-T form, but when I try to do that I am taken directly to the Education Expenses page instead and tuition amount defaults to $0.

Continue through the questions in the interview until you get to the screen that says "Your Education Expenses Summary." On that screen, click the Edit button for the student in question. On the next screen, click the Edit button for the college that the 1098-T is from. You will then be able to enter a 1098-T, or make changes to the information for a 1098-T that was already entered. After you make the changes, be sure to continue through the rest of the interview to the screen to maximize your education credit.

This is clearly a bug. I will report it to TurboTax.
