I'm entering information for my 1098-T form and box 9 is not checked on the form i received, but I did graduate. Do I check the box on here?

No, leave the box as it's shown on the form.  That box isn't saying whether you graduated from your program of study; it's denoting whether you were a graduate student (enrolled in programs above the level of Bachelors degree) for that particular year of study.
