I’m a college student and forgot to put the school on my taxes last year would i still be able to get it this year?

each tax year stands on  it own.  You will have to amend  your 2017 return  to make a change. TurboTax will help you do that  -- note that you will have to print , sign/date  th  1040X and the attached forms , there is not e-file option for amended returns.
