No, you will not enter your 1098-T as a W2.

Follow these steps to correctly enter you 1098-T:

Click on the "Federal Taxes" tab at the top of the screen
go to "Deductions & Credits"
Click on "Show More" to the right of "Education"
Click "Start" next to "Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)"
continue following the onscreen guide.
