I didnt pay tuition but its asking me to fill out the Tuition and Fee Expense College Savings worksheet, also dont have a college savings account?

You can go through the Personal Info section to see if you marked that you were a student. 

You might also go into the forms and delete any education forms listed there that are not relevant to your 2024 return.

Are you a student? Did you get a form 1098-T or 1099-Q? Even if you "didnt pay tuition", you may need/want to file your (or, if you are a parent,  your child's) college info.
